GEORGIA PEACH
I created the Georgia Peach cocktail when looking for a summery bourbon cocktail. There’s a lot going on with lime juice, peach liqueur, and ginger syrup but the proportions balance each other nicely in this one. I prefer to use Maker’s Mark in this one but other bourbons or a rye will work as well. Enjoy!
Recipe
2 oz Bourbon
1/4 oz Peach liqueur
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Ginger syrup
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker two-thirds full with ice and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled, 15 seconds. Strain into rocks glass over large ice cube.
