BLACKBERRY BRAMBLE
The Blackberry Bramble cocktail is one that finds its way into my rotation any time I see a deal on blackberries at the store. Muddling some on the bottom as a bit of mystery to the drink as does the combination of gin and brandy. An excellent choice for a warm day’s sundowner!
Recipe
1 1/4 oz Gin
1 oz Brandy
1/4 oz Lemon juice
1/2 Simple syrup
6-7 Blackberries
Muddle blackberries in cocktail shaker and strain into rocks glass, just enough to cover the bottom. Then add other ingredients to shaked with ice and shake. Double strain into rocks glass over large ice cube.
