WHITE NEGRONI
I was a bit skeptical when I first ordered a White Negroni. A standard Negroni is so good, I thought it was a bit novel for this to appear on the menu. I was intrigued and am very glad I tried it! I like this as an apertif and have played around with the quantities of these ingredients. I’ve also made this with dry instead of blanc vermouth, which is also very nice. Enjoy!
Recipe
1 oz gin
1 oz Cocchi Americano
1/2 oz dry vermouth
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice to shaker and stir until thoroughly chilled. Strain into rocks glass with large ice cube.
