GIN and APEROL COCKTAIL
I enjoy this Gin and Aperol cocktail as a happy hour aperitif. Just the right amount of sour from the lemon juice combines well with the herbal elements of the gin and Aperol and the sweetness of the orange liqueur takes the edge off just enough.
Recipe
2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Aperol
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz Orange liqueur
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled, 15 seconds. Strain into rocks glass with large ice cube.
