GEORGIA PEACH I created the Georgia Peach cocktail when looking for a summery bourbon cocktail. There’s a lot going on with lime juice, peach liqueur, and ginger syrup but the proportions balance each other nicely in this one. I prefer to use Maker’s Mark in this one but other bourbons or a rye will work
CHARMIDES COCKTAIL I think I discovered this cocktail while searching for drinks with absinthe. I typically use Herbsaint instead and the combination with the grapes and Angostura bitters lays a nice foundation for this refreshing cocktail!
